Q. What were the conversations like with yourself between 10 and 16?

JON RAHM: It's just things that happen in golf. I feel like I wasn't making terrible swings. After 18, it's funny, Adam said the same thing I was thinking. Sometimes when things aren't going, I like to set myself a target score, and having 1 through 6, having every hole if you put it in the fairway being accessible, being aggressive. We knew this last hole was going to be short, playing short today, and then 3 being drivable, I thought three birdies are very, very feasible, and I ended up getting four. Hopefully I can keep hitting it good and roll in a few tomorrow.

Q. I know you're a goal-oriented guy. You're still in the hunt for the individual title. As of now you are tied with Joaquín. He's got 18 to play. What are some of your goals and focus going into tomorrow?

JON RAHM: I'm sure a lot of -- one of you guys on the booth, on the screen is going to display what the possible combinations are based on where me and Joaquín finish, but I know I have to beat him by a margin. If I don't win, I know he needs to finish quite a bit down.

The goal tomorrow is hopefully come out and do what I did the first day and give myself a chance to win it all, but if not, I'm going to need some luck.
