Q. Okay, here with Jaravee after the second round of The Standard Portland Classic. Bogey-free 7-under 65. Talk about your day today.

JARAVEE BOONCHANT: Yeah, I think my tee shot is a little better than yesterday, so I put myself in the fairway, which is like giving myself like a good lies to go through the green.

I work on my putting a little bit after the round yesterday so it got a little better, so I was able to save more pars and make some birdies.

Q. You played with Adela yesterday; shot 8-under. You shot 7-under today. How nice when you see all those putts going in and you know there are birdies out there for you?

JARAVEE BOONCHANT: Yeah, it's always nice to see good golf. I'm playing with Celine Borge, too, and her putting is amazing.

So seeing her rolling the balls in the hole make me feel like, oh, maybe I can do it too. I just give it a try, give the speed a little more than yesterday because I left everything a little short yesterday, so I think that's help with the putting today.

Q. And you hit 13 fairways today. It's a visually intimidating course when you're standing on the tee box. How do you focus on where you need to hit it out here?

JARAVEE BOONCHANT: Yeah, just try to focus on the target line instead of looking at the trees or anything. Just try to be more focused on where I want to go and just swing the shot.

Q. And then this week looks like a lot of players are birdieing par-5s out here. How important is it to take advantage of the par-5s on this golf course?

JARAVEE BOONCHANT: I think it's very important, especially the first two par-5 on the front nine, because those two are reachable. It's very important to make birdies and I think that's get your momentum going as well.
