THE MODERATOR: Here with Kaylee ahead of The Standard Portland Classic. It's your First LPGA Tour start. Talk about how this week has been so far for you and how everything is going so far.
KAYLEE CHUNG: I don't know, just been practicing a lot, fine tuning my swing, just getting used to the greens. Yeah, just getting used to the experience and getting the feel and everything.
So, yeah, I'm excited for this week.
Q. And had then you won the Les Schwab Amateur Open to get in here, shooting a 67 on this course. How nice is it to have that low number out here already before competition even starts?
KAYLEE CHUNG: Well, obviously I feel -- it's nice to know that I have once shot a pretty low score at this course. I'm still not going to expect anything because course conditions are a little different now.
So just do the same thing, follow the process, and just do my thing. Yeah, makes me feel good.
Q. Have you been able to meet any players this week? Anyone given you any advice so far?
KAYLEE CHUNG: I met Rose Zhang and I had a practice round with Haeran Ryu, which was really exciting for me. Those two players were on my Bucket List to meet.
And then I also played a practice round yesterday with Lee6 which was really fun. Got to know the players and it was nice.
Q. Give you any tips or tricks around here, anything they learned over the years?
KAYLEE CHUNG: Not really. I asked Lee6 about the green speeds here and there how it was, because they're really firm right now.
Yeah, I just had a conversation with them and like watched and learned a lot from their swing and how they play, which is really helpful.
Q. Have you come to this event as a spectator before?
KAYLEE CHUNG: No, I haven't. I haven't been to this event before.
Q. What are you most looking forward to this week? Obviously play begins tomorrow. What have you been really excited about so far?
KAYLEE CHUNG: Well, it's already a huge honor to play in this field. It's so prestigious and really honorable to play. I just want to go out there and have fun and play my best golf and follow step by step.
Yeah, yeah. That's about it. Just want to have fun and experience.
Q. Is there maybe one thing you want to take away? You said experience. Anything you want to take from this week when Monday rolls around and it's all over?
KAYLEE CHUNG: Not really. I mean, I came in here just to have fun, so obviously -- I mean, everyone wants to play good but golf isn't always -- can't always play good all the time, so see how it goes.
