 Q. Congratulations.
 PAULA MARTIN SAMPEDRO: Thank you.
 Q. Seems like playing golf in the UK agrees with you. Women's Amateur and now such a great finish here at the AIG Women's Open. Started out with two bogeys. What turned on after that?
PAULA MARTIN SAMPEDRO: Yeah, I mean, I would say it was a little bit of a combination of weather getting a little bit better and then just me holing putts.
My first three, four holes were really rough. There was no way I was getting two on 1, it's a par-4. Then the first four holes, with perfect conditions are already so hard, so I knew it was going to be a tough beginning.
And then just managed to keep calm and just hole a couple putts and then I started to see the lines better. And then, yeah, it was definitely a good birdie stretch on the back nine.
 Q. When you get into a birdie stretch like that, do you almost feel like invincible or do you block it out and say, I'm going to stay in my process?
PAULA MARTIN SAMPEDRO: Yeah, I try to stick to process. I had a few short missed putts on the front nine and knew my goal was there. So stayed patient, made a good par on 10 and good birdie on 11 and 12.
Yeah, I knew they could keep coming and I stick to my process. Yeah, here, links golf with so much wind and there are so many variables that come into play, sometimes it's really difficult to judge.
So I think sticking to the process is just the best way to just not get super mad about not holing putts and not too excited about holing them because it truly can go any way.
 Q. How loud was the reaction when you birdied 18?
PAULA MARTIN SAMPEDRO: Yeah, it was really cool, especially because I couldn't make a birdie any of the past days, so it was good to get it on this last day. Yeah, I couldn't imagine a better ending of my? AIG Women's Open, 6-under in my eight holes and birdie on the last, so, yeah, truly a dream come true.
 Q. Now you're going to be the low amateur. You get to play next year at Royal Lytham. That has to be exciting.
PAULA MARTIN SAMPEDRO: Yeah, I know I've been the lowest amateur this week, and if I finish in the top 10 I'll be next year, which is nice. I'm now in, but a lot of groups have to play yet.
