Q. Here with Arpichaya after her first round here at the ISPS Handa Women's Scottish Open. Take us through the rounds today. What worked well for you?

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: Oh, what did I do well today? I think it's too hard -- I think like my driver, so I try to keep my driver on the fairway. Sometimes it's work and sometime it's not work.

I still can play like on the green and I have many chance to make a birdie.

And then, yeah, it's good. My putter is work today, and then keep the ball roll in the hole like many time. That's good.

Q. Yeah. What is your experience with links golf?

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: So, wow. So this is my fourth time in here, so, yeah, every time is different. I remember first time in link course in here, like really windy and rainy and cold, like perfect link course, like everything.

And then this year it's different for me. It's warm. Yeah, it's warm and wind is not too windy, not too crazy. How do you say, it's perfect weather for the golf, yeah, today I think.

Q. Very different from normal links golf.

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: Yes, and special thing is no rain, so surprise for me. I always get ready my raincoat in my golf bag. Today like, oh, no rain?

Q. Do you like links golf?

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: Yes, I like link golf.

Q. What do you like about it?

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: I think the wind. It's really challenging for me. Like you cannot like just aim to the pin. You have to aim like maybe 10 yard or 20 yard to the right or to the left, and try to be friend with the wind. Don't try to fight too much.

And keep the ball on the fairway, because like the rough too long and then you miss it, you don't have chance to make putt or birdie, yeah.

Q. Just obviously, as you said, this is your fourth time, first time you got the invite after playing on the LET Access Tour.

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: Yes.

Q. So you'd played a couple of golf events at the time?

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: Yeah.

Q. And won one of those and obviously got here. Has your brain got used to links golf now? Are you better at it? Or is it different every year?

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: I think this year different. (Laughter.) I think the wind is not too crazy and it's warm. It's too surprise for me.

Q. No layers to put on.

ARPICHAYA YUBOL: Yes, not too much layer. So my swing kind of same; that's a good thing.

And then how do you say, I just see the sun, it's make me so happy. Like, okay, it's a good day.
