Q. You're partnered with Greyson. How much input did you have on your outfits this week?
JUSTIN THOMAS: For all the majors or anytime I'm scripted, I always get it beforehand to, I guess, okay or deny anything, if you will. But everybody on the team there knows me, and the longer and longer our relationship has gotten, the more they kind of know what I like and don't like to wear. There's not really much tweaking going on. Just kind of go with it.
Q. You've kind of bounced between cardigan and tie to hoodie and joggers. Do you prefer one style or the other or just like mixing it up?
JUSTIN THOMAS: I'd prefer more of kind of normal -- I'm not all in on the joggers just yet. There's a time and a place, and I prefer normal pants over joggers I'd say the majority of the time, but every once in a while I'll throw them in there.
Q. Is there anything you can think back on that you've felt really good in?
JUSTIN THOMAS: Nothing in particular. Anything I've been unfortunate to win in, those are my favourite outfits, I guess.
Q. Is there anything that you're like, ooh, I'd like to try that but that may be a little brave for me?
JUSTIN THOMAS: I don't like orange. I don't wear the color orange at all. I never have my entire career.
Q. It's too Rickie?
JUSTIN THOMAS: No, it's more Auburn and Tennessee. I went to Alabama and I hate both those schools, so I refuse to wear it. But that's pretty much it. I just haven't worn orange my entire career. That's about my only very, very strict no-no, but there's definitely some stuff that's a little too loud for my liking that I don't wear, but it's kind of a to-each-their-own thing.
Q. Are you just as fashionable off the course?
JUSTIN THOMAS: I'd like to think so. Living in Florida, the temperature is pretty constant so I'm not able to do too much. There's only so much stuff you can put together when it's 85 and humid, so it's hard to do. But I like to, yeah. I like getting dressed up every once in a while.
Q. What do you think we can learn from Scottie this week and in general?
JUSTIN THOMAS: I'm not sure yet. I don't know. He's just kind of doing what he's continued to do. Just got to get back to work and try to get better.
Q. What are your expectations for Ryder Cup?
JUSTIN THOMAS: I need to make my way on the team first. Obviously I like the place I'm in. I feel like I'm in a good spot. Nothing set in stone until it's done. Obviously always excited for an event like that.
Q. One answer on Leeds United: Are you going to get to see them this year? Obviously a big season.
JUSTIN THOMAS: I'd like to. Some of the guys are giving me a hard time that of course now they're in the Premier League, now I'm going to make my way over. But it's unfortunate that they're not playing during kind of this -- it would be great during the Scottish or The Open to either go before or stay after. Then last year with having a baby made the fall just a slightly tough ask on my end. We've wanted to, so hopefully we can make it work the end of this year.
Q. I'm sure you'll get a warm reception when you do get across there.
JUSTIN THOMAS: We'll see. I hope so. Depends on if they win or not. If not, I may not be allowed back.
