Q. Jordan, you must be delighted with that.

JORDAN SMITH: Yeah, I'm really, really happy. Bogey-free is always a bonus. Yeah, just happy to shoot a couple under today and move myself up the leaderboard. Here for the weekend, and you never know what might happen.

Q. A nice sprinkling of birdies. Any in particular that stand out?

JORDAN SMITH: Good question. Not particularly, no. They're all really good in my eyes. It got really, really tough out there. Obviously we had the rain come in again, and the wind picked up and then died and picked up. Yeah, it was tricky out there.

Q. Was it particularly challenging on the back nine?

JORDAN SMITH: Yeah, I think just with all that moisture, balls sort of slide off the face and go a bit further than you expect. Obviously pins quite tough to get to, so it's skipping on the greens. A few of those pins tough to get to.

Yeah, happy we just hung in there and ground it out and got 3-under.

Q. You put yourself up there for the weekend, haven't you?

JORDAN SMITH: Exactly. That's what I'm most happy about. Obviously right up there now. I'm not sure where it is, top 20-ish, but we're there for the weekend. Not far behind the leaders.
