Evian Resort Golf Club

Quick Quotes

Q. Here with Minjee Lee. What an effort. Great way to play and finish off this week. Tell me about your week overall.

MINJEE LEE: Yeah, it's always really special to be here. Just have really great memories here. I had a couple of my family come from Korea so it was nice to have them here.

The weather was good, so I think overall I could take a lot of positives with me to the next two events I'm playing in Europe.

Yeah, I'm a little disappointed, but I'm still happy with my result.

Q. For the final round, that's a hard thing to do. Put yourself -- bolster yourself up the leaderboard. How did you kind of do that today?

MINJEE LEE: I felt like I left a lot out there. I didn't have my best stuff. Just kind of scrambled here and there. Probably didn't give myself too many birdie opportunities today where I could.

So I think with what I had, I think I played pretty decent, yeah.

Q. I'm assuming playing Scottish and going to AIG.

MINJEE LEE: Yes.

Q. How are you preparing yourself mentally for links golf in Scotland, but also that AIG Women's Open, which I know will be special?

MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I am going to take a few days off and have a mini vacay and then reset for Scottish.

By then I'll have had bit of rest after this week, like a mental reset, and then try and get ready for the links.

I really enjoy that type of golf, so I'm really looking forward to it.

Q. Standing right next to the playoff. How proud are you of Grace and her fight?

MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I think I saw her shot in from afar and I was like, I think that one was for eagle.

Yeah, super proud of just all the Aussies. I played with Gabi today and I think over the years they've just gone from strength to strength. I step back and see them as the younger generation.

Yeah, no, I think it's really nice for them to be grinding and just trying to make their mark on the LPGA which is awesome.
