THE MODERATOR: Hello, and welcome to the 2025 Amundi Evian Championship. We are joined by Celine Boutier, 2023 champion, one of our four players from France in the field. Obviously this event means a lot to you as a past champion. Playing here in France, can you describe the emotions of being back here every year and what this event means to you?
CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, it's definitely a very personal event for me to come. It has always been since the first time I came here. Every since I won it's been every more special having such good memories and coming back. Playing in front of a French crowd is always very special. Super happy to be back every year, and looking forward to July every year.
Q. This time of the season, it's kind of fourth major but looks, I think I think more in your case that coming back to Europe at this time is a good time for to you regroup, to reset, and to do well for the rest of the season, no? How does to work for you?
CELINE BOUTIER: I mean, I would like it to be. I think every time European swing comes around I'm very excited just coming back home, seeing my family and some friends and just feeling the energy, the atmosphere, it gives me a little boost and hopefully good energy.
If I can get going those weeks I know I get some kind of momentum for the rest of the season.
Q. The last thing is in a way, having family here, having all the people here, is that something positive sore is that a lot of pressure for you?
CELINE BOUTIER: Mostly positive. I think definitely the more people come to support me I think the more pressure I also feel sometimes because I don't want disappoint anybody.
But I think everybody means well and I think I've learned to experience that as long as I do my best, that's all I can control.
