Quick Quotes

THE MODERATOR: Joined here today during the final round of the Dow Championship by Manon and Pauline. Solid finish today. Can you talk a little bit about just what this week meant to you guys?

MANON DeROEY: I had so much fun this week. I look forward to this week. Yeah, it was so much fun.

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: That was it. It's nice after a major that was like really, really hard and really tough conditions to just get into a week. You just know that, no matter what the result is going to be, you're just going to have fun because it's a team format, we miss it. So when it comes, it's like let's embrace it and have the most fun that we can have.

Honestly, that's what we did. We just cheered for each other and tried to do as best as we could.

Q. You're heading into the back half of the season now. What will you take away from this? What are you looking forward to as you head into this next stretch of majors?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: I think the vibes.

MANON DeROEY: Yeah.

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: I think it's important to remind ourselves that like we can have so much fun like that and still perform at a high level. Sometimes it tends to be a little serious. So it's a good reminder that we can play our best golf when we have fun.

Yeah, it's a lot of good vibes. Our heart is full. We had an amazing host this week as well. Like just the whole week is just the most fun out of the whole year. We just take that into the next few weeks, and it's a whole dynamic.

MANON DeROEY: I think a week like this reminds me a little bit of like just have fun out there. I know it's our job, but we'd better just go out there and enjoy it the most that we can. We're living a pretty cool lifestyle, I think.

Yeah, that was really fun, I think.

Q. You each represent a European country, Belgium and France, which are not as represented on the LPGA Tour. What does this mean to you to be representing your country on a world stage and especially as you get into the European swing over the next month?

MANON DeROEY: I think representing your country all over the world is pretty cool. I'm the only player from Belgium on this Tour. It's pretty cool to be an example also for Belgium like just for girls coming up. I hope I can make them proud.

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Yeah, same. It's just so nice to be able to wear our colors. Taking into summer, it just takes -- you just take a really good dynamic from it. Yeah, it's such an honor to wear our flag and have our colors.

Celine is doing a really good job. I'm trying to keep up and get on that train as much as possible, so yeah.
