Q. So you had back-to-back birdies on 9 and 10. How did that affect your day? Did that give you all pep in your step?

BILLY ANDRADE: Absolutely. Any time you make a birdie out here you get a pep in your step. Yeah, birdied 9 to go 2-under for the day, and hell of a birdie on 10 out of the left bunker, and a beautiful 8-iron out of the bunker to about ten feet there and made that.

And then I had some good looks, except my hiccup on 14. Other than that, I had a few decent looks. I had it under the hole where I could be aggressive and I left them all short. 18, I almost made that and came up just maybe a ball short.

So all in all, very pleased where I am going into the weekend.

Q. Yeah. Can you tell me a little bit more about how you feel about your position going into the weekend?

BILLY ANDRADE: Yeah, I haven't played well the last month, month and a half, six weeks. Just came out here and said, you know what? Let's just go play and not think about results and just have fun.

This is a hard track. Hard track to walk. The greens are treacherous. This afternoon obviously coming in, they get a little bumpy and they're hard to make putts.

We're all in the same boat. You can see by the scores. A lot of high scores. That goes so show you this golf course is brutal if you don't hit it in the right places.

Going into the weekend I'm excited. I'm right there. That's all we want, especially at 61 years old.
