Q. Kon, you completed your first year at Duke. You're a good student. So I'm curious what you're studying at Duke, and being in Charlotte, that's actually North Carolina, so is that going to make it easy to do correspondence classes or to continue your education?
KON KNUEPPEL: Yeah, we'll see. That's not something I was really thinking about.
Q. I'm sure your parents are.
KON KNUEPPEL: Yeah, it wasn't something I was really thinking about, but obviously their being close, that's opened up a realm of possibility for me.
Q. Kon, you've had a short amount of time as a Hornet. Already it's been talked about how you'd be able to fit with the young core they have there. What have you thought about this roster and how you can fit and make an impact in Charlotte?
KON KNUEPPEL: Yeah, I feel really confident about my ability to play with any group of guys on the floor and be an effective player with guys like LaMelo, who has the ball in his hands a lot, and talented guys like Brandon Miller. Being able to play off the ball with them and be effective, especially as a movement shooter spacing the floor. I think that'll be a good fit.
Q. (On his major at Duke.)
KON KNUEPPEL: Yeah, I was going to declare a major in history.
