Q. Leona Maguire, what a great turnaround you had. 3-over par through the first five holes and 3-under the rest the way including a bogey-free back nine.

LEONA MAGUIRE: Yeah, I mean, just tried to stay patient out there. It's obviously playing very tough in the wind. Just had to wait for my moment and holed a few nice putts when I needed to.

Q. There are a lot of storylines this week, but one of them of course at the beginning was the big commitment from KPMG to increase this purse to $12 million. Been a long time sponsor of yours. How grateful are you for the opportunity you're having here at PGA Frisco?

LEONA MAGUIRE: Yeah, it's incredible. I mean, this is always one of our favorite events of the year. What KPMG have been doing year on year to -- somehow it's shocking every year that they make it bigger and better, but they really do.

Yeah, for us as players it's fantastic to play and you just want to be as high up the leaderboard as you can come Sunday to take advantage of that.

Q. Speaking of that leaderboard, your lead may keep getting higher. Who knows what the winning score or the leading score will be by the end of today. How do you prepare for championship Sunday?

LEONA MAGUIRE: Just rest and recover. I think nearly five and a half hours for two ball. It's a long day out there in the heat and the wind. So just try to reset and recover as well as we can and give it another go tomorrow.
