Q. You must be fairly proud to have played a part in such a terrific final.

FARAH O'KEEFE: I think, if I'd been told that I was going to be losing 2&1 in the final on 13 green yesterday, I would have taken it, to use Harry Diamond's line against him -- or for my own case.

No, it's funny because I'm out there and I know I'm grinding it out, and I gave away a couple holes, then on the very last hole, I had like a 6-footer to save par and not lose it, but make her win. And I kind of figured out what I was doing on my short putts. It's a funny thing, and that's golf.

I'm not sour about it. It's a second place finish. It's really stinking good. Honestly, I came here at the beginning of this week kind of dreading the long week because I've played four or five weeks in a row.

So to be standing here right now, I'm proud of it and looking forward to the future.

Q. It was terrific, the morning in particular, eight birdies, no bogeys. For a final, that's tremendous, isn't it?

FARAH O'KEEFE: Yeah, it was good golf. I think Paula shot like 9-under today, and I shot like 7- or 8-under. That's golf. Sometimes you just get beat. Some days they'll all go in, and some days they don't go in.

My time's coming. I just have to be patient.

Q. You did so well to get back to level with that eagle, and those two lip-outs, that's the cruel nature of this format of golf?

FARAH O'KEEFE: That's just golf in general, I think. I've had a lot of second place finishes this year. There's two things that you can do. You can get really frustrated and try to force things to happen or rely on your skills and try to get better. That's just my opinion.

Q. There's the rest of the season. We're still relatively early. A little springboard for hopefully some bigger things?

FARAH O'KEEFE: I know, I've got a couple more tournaments this summer. Just going to draw on my experience here and use that as momentum going forward. That's all.

Q. You'll need a lie down after six days here.

FARAH O'KEEFE: Exactly right. I'm going to go put my feet up.
