Quick Quotes
Q. Two solid 70s; are you pretty pleased with your qualifying campaign?
LOUISE REAU: Yeah, I'm pretty happy. I just played my game and tried to do shot by shot, and it paid, so I'm really happy, yeah.
Q. You had quite a strong finish. Can you talk us through the birdies at 16 and 17?
LOUISE REAU: Yeah, on 16 I looked at my dad, and I was like, the goal on the last three holes is to make one birdie, and I birdied 16, 17 and missed on 18. Yeah, I would say that I did the job, so I'm happy.
Q. Playing a bit differently today than yesterday?
LOUISE REAU: Yeah, yesterday was pretty windy. Today I played at 6:45 a.m., so we didn't have wind, so we got lucky about that. Yeah, it was very different. We had to think a little bit more on the tee shots, but it was good.
Q. Have you played in the Women's Amateur before, debut?
LOUISE REAU: No, it's my first time playing the British Am, so I'm pretty happy about that.
Q. Your links golf history, is it a game that you quite enjoy the challenge?
LOUISE REAU: I love it. You have to think about every shot, so it's really -- you have to take time for sure. Don't have a lot to say, but I really like it.
Q. Match play golf, is that a format of golf that suits you?
LOUISE REAU: Yeah. It's been a long time that I haven't played match play, but I usually really like it because it's very different. It's only one v one, so you have to -- you don't really have to think about your game but more about the other girl, so it's very, very different.
