RBC CANADIAN OPEN

June 6, 2025

Thorbjørn Olesen

Caledon, Ontario, Canada

TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley (North Course)

Quick Quotes

Q. Even-par today. Can you just talk through the differences from today and how you played from yesterday?

THORBJØRN OLESEN: I got off to a slightly bad start. I hit a very bad tee shot down the 1st, but luckily I holed a long putt for par, which was really nice.

Yeah, overall, I think there was just a couple of tee shots that cost me a lot today. I felt like I managed to bounce back every time I was in trouble, so that's always nice. It was not quite the same as yesterday.

Q. How were the course conditions out there, a little bit different than yesterday?

THORBJØRN OLESEN: Probably the first hour, hour and a half, it was quite cold, but then conditions were great coming in. It got a lot warmer and not much wind out there. And the course still is playing very soft, so you definitely have chances.

There was a few pins I thought was close to the edges, and you could easily like get in the wrong spot with them.

Q. 9-under yesterday still set you up good for the weekend. What's the game plan going into tomorrow?

THORBJØRN OLESEN: Obviously yesterday was great. My putting has been really, really good so far these two days. Obviously I would like to keep that going over the weekend would be nice.

A couple of those bad tee shots today, try to hit a few balls on the range and see if I can sort that out.
