Quick Quotes

Q. (In progress. )

MAO SAIGO: Actually the green speed was not that difficult from yesterday. However, the pin position was very difficult. That's why I felt it's difficult today.

Q. How do you kind of bounce back from this now after the way today ended? How do you put that out of your mind and just get that out of your mind for Sunday?

MAO SAIGO: So the first thing is that I would like to rest well and then tomorrow refreshed. I would like to start from zero.

Q. And then what did you see from the course today in comparison to the first two rounds?

MAO SAIGO: The course condition hasn't really changed too much, but as I mentioned before is pin position was very difficult, so in total I felt like today is a difficult day.

Q. What are you looking to improve upon before the final tomorrow?

MAO SAIGO: Well, that result was not that good, but I don't think that I have to change anything. I just want to focus on my play.

Q. Winning the Chevron earlier, what can you take from that experience into this one?

MAO SAIGO: Tomorrow I was not in the final group and so the start of tomorrow is different from the Chevron's condition. So rather than thinking about or utilizing Chevron experience, I would like to get rid of it and I would like to focus on tomorrow with a fresh mind.
