Q. How did you play today? Tell us about your round.
JENNIFER SRAGA: Today was okay. I hit some bad shots so I made some mistakes but overall I managed to keep my ball straight.
Q. We've heard that you've got a fantastic short game. Did that help you today as well?
JENNIFER SRAGA: Yes, I made my mistake with the long game and the driver to open the game, and that's why I try my best to make a better short game so I can make a good score.
Q. And did you feel it was quite a competitive feeling today playing with Daphne Amy? Was it competitive but fun, also? How did you enjoy it?
JENNIFER SRAGA: It was really fun. It's always fun playing together. We make jokes and have fun and it's really competitive. I know it's going to be hard because Daphne is a really good player. I just try to stay focussed and not let her go away.
Q. Daphne has been such a good player for a long time and she's the defending champion, but did you feel that you were pleased you could match with her today and stick with her, and does that give you confidence that tomorrow you can do well?
JENNIFER SRAGA: I think it is always hard against her, but I am happy that I am good enough to stay on track and be a good fighter.
Q. And were you nervous on the first tee today? And are you going to be nervous tomorrow on the first tee?
JENNIFER SRAGA: On the first tee, I'm always nervous. I'm always nervous on the first tee playing the first hole. But I think a little bit nervous is good for you so you have focus.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. It's going to be a really hard fight but I will do my best.
Q. What was the course like today, the challenge of the conditions? Will you change anything tomorrow about your play?
JENNIFER SRAGA: No. Hopefully we are going to start tomorrow a bit later, so the sun is already out and warm.
Yesterday it was cloudy and windy and cold with a hat on, and today in the end, it was much better. Sunny and more warm and hopefully tomorrow it's really hot for trousers and a tee shirt.
Q. Without jumping ahead too much, if you were to win tomorrow, what would it mean in terms of being a champion for yourself and your country?
JENNIFER SRAGA: Again I think you see that I am able to win. I can handle it and I will give my best. I hope I will. But if not it's okay because Daphne is really good. She's defending champion. But I will give my best and I want to win.
Q. What do you admire about Daphne's game when you watch? What do you learn and admire from it?
JENNIFER SRAGA: She's really steady and she has a good long game and with the driver she hits really far, so I can learn about something.
