Q. Jeeno, many congratulations. You had a four-shot lead coming into this last hole. At what point did you allow yourself to think about winning this tournament?

JEENO THITIKUL: I have no idea. Maybe on the last putt because I don't even look at the leaderboard at all, to be honest. I just asked my caddie if I need to make a par or not. He said, it's okay; I think you're safe. I was just like, okay, so actually I can breathe now.

Q. We talked at the beginning of this week about how hard it is to be patient and you're trying to be patient. How do you feel like you accomplished that this week?

JEENO THITIKUL: I really accomplished that for sure, especially the final round, especially the back nine I've really been patient. I know that a lot of putts that didn't drop on the front nine, but I'm trying to do my best, and I knew that I'm doing a good job. I was just trying to tell myself like oh, be patient, it's coming, it's coming. That's pretty much what I told myself today.

Q. We've got some big championships coming up, a couple of majors on the horizon. Does this really give you extra motivation and confidence going into those majors?

JEENO THITIKUL: Definitely yes. I'm proud of what I have done out there. After the Chevron, I mean, Chevron really got me like -- well, I have to be improving myself to put on a major test because all the majors have good and tough conditioned tests for us.
