Q. Okay, here with Nelly Korda after her second round. Nelly, you made a great round out of tricky conditions today. Just tell us about that challenge.

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, just have to really dial into everything that you're doing in these conditions with it kind of being on and off rain and getting colder and some wind.

So you just have to really dial in, which we did a really good job with that.

Q. Really turned it around on the front nine. Two bogeys of the back, but then turned it around for the front nine, which is your back nine today. Tell me about the mental switch and how you got those birdies down the stretch.

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, after making two bogeys in a row you to reset and just know that you have nine more holes to go and there is some opportunities out there even with the tricky conditions.

So just had a little bit of a mental reset and it worked.

Q. What's gone into managing these saturated conditions for you?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, you know, you just have to -- you know that everyone is kind of dealing with the same thing, and at the end of the day like you just really have to focus in 100% on the shot that you're hitting.

Like that was something that I really tried to improve on my back nine today, was really try to dial in to every shot, every putt on the back nine.

Q. How do you mentally reset, getting out of grind mode and going into the weekend with milder condition?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, just keeping the same mindset, focusing on that one shot at a time and seeing where it goes.

Q. Last one from me: Were there any shots or key birdies out there that turned things around for you mentally?

NELLY KORDA: Obviously the birdie on No. 1 after bogeying my last two holes was a nice momentum shift.
