THE MODERATOR: Let's welcome Talor Gooch from Smash GC.

Talor, well played today. You're currently tied for the lead with a score of 7-under par 65 after the first round of LIV Golf Korea presented by Coupang Play. Can you just talk about your round? What stood out for you?

TALOR GOOCH: It was a great round. Any time you're tied for the lead, you've done something good. I hit a bunch of good iron shots out there. I really didn't have to make a bunch of long putts. I hit four or five shots inside that three, four feet kind of range, so I had a lot of short birdie attempts, which is always nice to do.

Q. Talor, you were the LIV Golf champion back in the 2023 season. You dominated the international events last year. Do you feel like you're starting to regain your form? Your last two finishes have been much more consistent.

TALOR GOOCH: Yeah, it was a tough start to the year. The game was pretty rusty. It's been nice these past couple events to show some life and get some good golf going again.

Hopefully this round kind of kick starts a good rest of the season and we can kind of channel some of that 2023 season again the rest of the year.

Q. Great day for Smash GC. You guys are leading at 10-under par. What's the game plan going into the weekend?

TALOR GOOCH: I think, if we go shoot 10-under par for the next two days, that would be a great game plan.

It was a good start. It's fun playing with G-Mac and Kokrak. G-Mac didn't have the best of days, but he got out a good finish, and Kokrak had a good day.
