Q. Okay, just want to know about the day today. You spent most of the day in the lead. Just tell me like about the day and what maybe the highlights of today were.

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: The front nine was very solid especially with the eagle, but back nine just couple mistakes on par-5 that I made; two bogeys.

But I did really well for the rest of the tournament or all, and I'm very happy. Just beyond my expectation.

Q. When you went over to the range to chip what were you sort of saying to yourself? What was David saying to you to stay prepared for the playoff?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: At the driving range and chipping green I just can get the feel for the chipping, and didn't really think of the result or anything, just trying to get the feel and work on what I worked on.

And still, I still think I had a good chance out there, so just do my best.

Q. Interesting playing in a five-way playoff. Did you expect that at the beginning of the day? What was that experience like with so many players in a playoff?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: It is very different because the time I playoff the most was only three balls, but this time it's five. So it's very interesting and new.

But it's very fun.

Q. I know probably emotional right now, but how much confidence does this sort of the build for this season to come out and play so good at a major championship venue?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: The major is another tournament obviously, and it's a bit special, a bit tougher. But the game I have been playing for the past two weeks it's built my confidence for the rest of the season for sure.

Just have to keep working on what's good and probably have to do some short game, improve my short game a little bit. Overall, it's great, and I'm very happy with the process that I have been going through.
