Quick Quotes
.
Q. Round 2 complete, how are you feeling?
BRIAN HARMAN: Feeling okay. I've played some -- I feel like I've played a little bit better than I've scored. Hit some really good shots. I tried to get after them a little bit this weekend.
Q. When you mentioned yesterday about putting an emphasis on sinking putts from 10 to 20, you were able to do that today. Did you change anything up in your reads or your mechanics?
BRIAN HARMAN: No, just tried to stay patient. Made a couple. Gosh, executed a lot of shots that just didn't quite work out the way I wanted them to. Happy to be playing the weekend. It's been a while since I've had a weekend at Augusta.
Like I said, I'll get a good night of sleep and try to shoot a low one tomorrow.
Q. Looks like you're really going to make the cut. How does it feel?
BRIAN HARMAN: Feels good. Major championship, try to play my way into contention tomorrow.
Q. Walk me through 18 a little bit. You had that putt for birdie that I think this entire place thought was going in.
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, two good ones on 17 and 18. Executed shots from the fairway. It's kind of anybody's guess with the wind this afternoon.
Hit a 7-iron second shot on 18; just got stood up a little bit. But that putt, you're elated to walk off with a two-putt. It's tough from down there.
Q. Six back from the lead right now. How do you feel going into the next two days?
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, just need to play well tomorrow, shoot a low score, which I feel like I'm capable of, and you never know. Just need to make a few putts and take care of the par-5s a little bit better.
Q. You mentioned you were shooting better today; your score might not have reflected that. What kind of will go into that for day three?
BRIAN HARMAN: That's golf, man. You don't always get rewarded for executing. You just have to keep executing and stay patient and hopefully a few more go your way tomorrow.
Q. How does it feel to have a little bit of a home crowd here?
BRIAN HARMAN: It's fantastic. Growing up in Georgia, the Masters has a special place for us, Georgia residents, Georgia boy through and through. Happy to have all the support.
