Quick Quotes
Q. Sergio, there's a lot of guys in the field this week who weren't alive when you were low amateur in 1999. Does it feel like an eternity ago, or in many ways, does it feel like yesterday?
SERGIO GARCIA: No, not really. Obviously it's been a while, but it doesn't feel like it's been, what, 26 years.
I think, at the end of the day, the way I look at it, I'm proud I was able to play in '99 and get low amateur, and I'm proud that I'm still here playing and hopefully doing well.
Yeah, we'll just enjoy the week and see what we can do.
Q. You're playing really well at the moment. Is this the best form you've arrived in for a Masters in quite a while?
SERGIO GARCIA: I don't know. Difficult to say. Obviously, yeah, I feel pretty good about my game, but every week is different and every Masters is different.
Hopefully we'll get to a good start tomorrow and have a decent week. No matter what, just enjoy it. It's beautiful here. So why not enjoy it as much as possible?
Q. Just finally for me, I saw Scottie's menu for last night, and I thought, I don't know how they're even going to be able to stand up and walk out of the room after that. It looked like a pretty large meal. Did you have to undo a couple of belt loops?
SERGIO GARCIA: I didn't. I had the fish. The steak was pretty big, but I had the fish, so it was okay.
Q. Special night as always?
SERGIO GARCIA: Always. Very special. Very, very unique. Obviously an honor to be a part of it. It's a very, very small, unique club. Very honored to be a part of it.
