Augusta, Georgia, USA
Quick Quotes
Q. So debut, just finished up the second round of the tournament. How does it feel?
CATIE CRAIG: I had so much fun genuinely. Me and my caddie Daren Woo, we were just having a blast out there regardless of result, so yeah.
Q. Regardless of result, you grew up right here in Georgia. Did you ever think you would be playing in a tournament in Augusta?
CATIE CRAIG: Never, never in my life. So it's been a real treat to be here.
Q. Yeah, for sure. Just talking about the rise of women's golf, it's just kind of taken off. You just now debuting at the tournament. Now everybody's watching women playing golf when it used to be mostly male dominated. How does that feel to play in this tournament and have your debut all in one?
CATIE CRAIG: I think it's just so special that women are able to represent a level this high. For some of us to go to Augusta National on a course where only men have been able to play, I think that's really cool.
Q. What's next after this tournament for you?
CATIE CRAIG: I actually leave Sunday for a college event and Monday, play 36 holes, then conference championships. Got a lot more golf ahead of me.
Q. You've got a lot of busyness going on.
CATIE CRAIG: Oh, yeah, it never stops.
