Quick Quotes
Q. You're in great position. Can you talk about just how you feel your game's been these past two days? What are you most pleased with?
ANDREA REVUELTA: I think my game has been really, really good yesterday and today. I think that yesterday it was a great round. I mean, 2-under is pretty good.
But I think that I did play better than that and my game was ready. I just had to stay patient for today, and today it happened. It really reflected on how my game is right now. I'm really happy about that.
Q. What did you learn playing Augusta National last year?
ANDREA REVUELTA: Playing Augusta last year was like a dream come true for me. Everything there is just so special and magical that it makes you really want to like -- it really made me want to push myself this year to come here and practice and do well in this tournament.
I think for many young girls Augusta National is the motivation. We've been -- like what puts us through our practices, so that's really cool.
Q. What was your favorite shot that you hit last year?
ANDREA REVUELTA: Last year I hit such a good shot on 12. The pin was right of the green. I hit a draw 7-iron, and it was so good. I still remember it today, so it was really, really good.
Q. How far did it land from the hole?
ANDREA REVUELTA: It was about like 4 meters, so like 12 feet. It was pretty good.
Q. Who's here with you this week enjoying this?
ANDREA REVUELTA: My dad's here, my coach is on the bag, and my brother came just last night. Then I have a lot of friends.
Also, my teammates are here, some Spanish girls, which makes it feel like home.
Q. How long has your coach been your coach?
ANDREA REVUELTA: For forever basically. Yeah, we've been together for a long time, since I was like 6 maybe or 7.
He's still in Madrid. He works there, and he's a great coach. He's coaching my sisters now. He's like more than family -- more like family to us than actual coaching.
Q. So will he be on the bag for the final round as well?
ANDREA REVUELTA: Yes, he will.
Q. And how will you rely on him the most out there?
ANDREA REVUELTA: I feel like he keeps me in the state I need to be in. He's really good in what he says. He's taught me so well that now I know myself where I have to be, what do I have to say to myself.
It's more of a more emotional thing than it is actual golf because I do think that in these tournaments, where every one of us plays great golf, controlling your emotions and the mental game is what actually makes a difference.
