Quick Quotes
Q. Okay, here with Yealimi Noh after her third round. You've been slowly climbing up the leaderboard each day this week. Put together another good round today. Can you just tell me a little about it?
YEALIMI NOH: Yeah, I hit it a lot better today than the last few days. Kind of found my rhythm. Hit a lot of fairways. Kind of. More than the last few days.
And hit a lot of greens today and made some good putts.
Q. What's the key to navigating this golf course and especially the conditions when the wind starts to pick up?
YEALIMI NOH: Yeah, it was a little more windy today. Just really keeping it in the fairways. Just it being a lot hotter and drier the ball is flying so some other things are coming into play. Some tees being forward as well.
Just really keeping it in the fairway and on grass, too. There is a lot of sand and desert here.
Q. Last time you played in the States you came away with a big win. Just tell me how much that sort of momentum, being back on home turf and coming off your first win has been helping you with your game lately?
YEALIMI NOH: Yeah, for sure. Huge confidence boost. Played great in Asia as well and then took about three weeks off. Feels great to be putting in some solid golf here. I think just staying patient. Some rounds the start can be a little bit slow but I've been keeping patient and some putts are dropping. So good rounds.
Q. Yeah. Just last question: Obviously big chase tomorrow for several players. But this course is super birdieable. What sort of is the key to this course on championship Sunday?
YEALIMI NOH: I think just trying to take advantage of every opportunity, especially the par-5s out here, really getting those; birdies, eagles really help.
There are a couple drivable or at least get close to the green and par-4s. So really taking advantage of those, getting up and down, and hopefully just dropping a lot of putts.
