Quick Quotes
Q. Elaine, you've just finished your second round at the Women's Amateur Asia Pacific Championship. Best placed Indonesian player at the moment. Talk us through the round today. Bit of a mixed result for you out there today.
ELAINE WIDJAJA: Yeah, I had a lot of birdies but also a lot of mistakes, bogeys. The wind is very tricky today. After the back nine it was really far for me because of the wind, so that kind of changed my game plan and stuff.
But I'm pretty okay with how I played. Hopefully I can play better tomorrow.
Q. To be in the red numbers after yesterday as well, so looking forward to the weekend, what do you need to improve for Saturday, Sunday?
ELAINE WIDJAJA: I think more on the tee shot, placing where I want it to be. Because if you're like in the bunker it's really hard to get to the greens.
So I'm going to work on that and a little bit of short game. And mental.
Q. And first year in Florida, that is correct, for the Gators?
ELAINE WIDJAJA: Yes.
Q. How has that experience prepared you for a tournament like this?
ELAINE WIDJAJA: Definitely been a great experience, this one year. I improve a lot, especially in my distance. And then being able to play in such a good team I had a lot of the experience, too, playing a lot of the tournaments. That definitely prepared me better for this tournament.
Q. The level of competition out there must be pretty high as well.
ELAINE WIDJAJA: Yes.
Q. Are you in the SEC?
ELAINE WIDJAJA: Yes. It's pretty tough, yeah. But I mean, here it's pretty tough, too.
