Q. Soomin, solid start to the Women's Amateur Asia Pacific; 3-under. Can you talk us through your round?

SOOMIN OH: I'm not really satisfied and happy with my first round because I was a little struggling with my iron, especially the second shot, so that's why the first nine holes was unstable.

I have to be very patient until my game back to what I planned. So the back nine I'm comparably happy and pretty satisfied.

After lunch I probably practice a little bit more on my shot and irons, and I'm pretty confident the rest of the three rounds, yeah, I can play pretty well.

Q. You must be proud of yourself after a shaky front nine. Must be proud of your mental game to fix things up on the back nine. Proud of that part of your game?

SOOMIN OH: Based on my shot condition today, I pretty much satisfied with my recovery and short game because otherwise it could have been worse for my first rounds.

But at least I scored 3-under today. It's pretty okay with the first start.
