Q. All right, I'm here with Wei-Ling at the LPGA Drive On Championship after the first round. Can you just walk us through your round today, 2-under 69?

WEI-LING HSU: I play everything good, but, you know, it's first event of the year and a little bit rusty in the front nine.

But I tried being patient on the back and tried to put as close to the pin as possible because the green here is really tough. It's really slopey and fast.

So I just try to keep my tempo and just hoping that I can hit it closer and make the putt.

Q. And you started on No. 10, correct?

WEI-LING HSU: Yes.

Q. So you came down the stretch making three birdies in the last four holes. Talk about that push. You birdied 6, 8, and 9.

WEI-LING HSU: First of all, 6 and 8 are par-5, so I had really good into -- good shot into the green. I think I had a foot for 6 and had foot and a half for 8. So that was like really, really close.

No. 9 I hit a really good 7-iron into the green. I have two pace, so six feet. So like approaching shot is really good.

Q. Yeah.

WEI-LING HSU: Today.

Q. Back here to the first full-field event of the 2024; what are your goals for 2024 as you look toward the season?

WEI-LING HSU: Well, because last year I try to -- tried very hard last season and it didn't came out well, I think I'm just too -- it's hard to say like working too hard, but I think I did a little bit. I tried to -- I don't give up myself, so this year I try to be more relax and keep my momentum.

Hopefully I will get couple top 10 and hopefully win a tournament.

Q. Is there anything you're telling yourself out there to relax, or anything you're doing of the course to help with that?

WEI-LING HSU: I used to be that kind of person, relax and don't care that much. I'll try really hard when I'm playing, but off the course I will be like, oh, you know, just have fun.

Last year I'm like, okay, this is what I got to do. This is how much I going to practice. Definitely didn't come out well.

I think I had a big lesson last year, so, yeah, I think I'll do better this year.
