CAPTAIN TORBEN BELTZ: I mean, it's definitely not easy to lose a tight encounter like this 2-1. Obviously I feel like, you know, they were the favorites for the mixed, in a way. I feel like Siegemund actually played in a very high level. I've never seen a woman execute so well in doubles, especially with volleys and cheap lob returns.

Yeah, she's a very smart player, very smart doubles player. I think she kind of made the difference for Team Germany in that mixed. I mean, obviously Zverev serves big, so we couldn't get any chances there to really break him. Maybe once or twice.
