Q. All right Lauren, 9-under 63 today. Jumped from T6 up into the top 20, earning your LPGA status back again.

LAUREN HARTLAGE: Uh-huh.

Q. Talk about your day today. What was really going right our there?

LAUREN HARTLAGE: Yeah, it was an awesome day out there. I've been hitting it really well all week and just couldn't make any putts.

I knew coming into this that I've been giving myself a lot of birdie chances and I played these courses the past couple years in Q-School so I've been familiar with this situation.

Today I was able to get the putts to drop and everything just kind of went my way.

Q. Talk about this week: Six rounds, mental and physical grind. What do you have to do to stay in it the whole week?

LAUREN HARTLAGE: It was definitely important to stay patient because I had been hitting it so well but couldn't may make any putts, so I wasn't quite scoring as well as I would've like with the scores being so low.

So I just knew that my game was in a good place, and just staying patient and not getting ahead of myself was going to be really important.

Q. Returning back to the LPGA, what does what mean to you right now?

LAUREN HARTLAGE: Yeah, I'm really excited. The last two years I had to come back to Q-School to earn my card back. This time I feel like I'm getting better in learning the ropes of how the LPGA works, so I'm super excited to get back out there.
