Team Slovenia - 2

THE MODERATOR: Questions.

Q. Could you just talk through the match from your perspective. It seemed like a really tight start and a really tight finish to the match, but just sort of what happened in the middle there, do you think?

DARIA SAVILLE: I think Tamara played incredibly well. I had a few chances in the few first games. Had a lot of breakpoints.

You know, she actually, the first game, I had 15-40, she hit two aces back to back. She saved a few breakpoints by serving really well.

I felt like whenever I was dictating she was moving really well, and she passed me a few times on big points. She played a really clean match.

I gave my everything. You know, I'm disappointed with the result, but I have no regrets, you know, with my attitude, with the way I tried to play. Maybe I didn't execute, but I had good intentions (smiling).

Q. Can you just talk through the decision for you not to play in the doubles. Was that on the cards today? Was it all sort of depending on how Storm was feeling?

DARIA SAVILLE: Yeah. It was kind of, you know, I think it's tough. We only had three players until this morning in the team. Then we just -- actually, I didn't know about this decision. We didn't really discuss it. Like, everyone was ready to play. And then we just -- well, Alicia informed me that Storm was on for doubles, yeah.
