KROGER QUEEN CITY CHAMPIONSHIP PRESENTED BY P&G

September 9, 2023

Ariya Jutanugarn

Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Kenwood Country Club

Quick Quotes

Q. Here with Ariya Jutanugarn an the third round of the Kroger Queen City Championship. Can you talk us through your round and the birdies you had out there?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Today is a really tough day because of the condition, the wind and everything started to get like really firm, so it's quite hard out there, and especially on the green it's like hard to see the lines, to read the greens.

Today I've been rolling my putter a bit better, so I still feel like if I can get my putting to get better, it's going to help me a lot, but overall today, it's pretty good.

Q. It looks like you hit less greens today but still scored better. Is that what you're speaking to about your putting being great today and up and down?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Yeah, I would say today is pretty tough. The greens are so firm. Even if I have like 100 yards to the green, I can't like promise it's going to be on the green. You kind of have to think a lot and trust your decision a lot, so it's quite hard to approach to the green.

Q. After seeing kind of the different course conditions each day the past three days, what do you think you're expecting for tomorrow?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: I would say nothing much. I'm just going to try to keep doing what I'm doing today because I feel much better with my game today. So I hope tomorrow is going to work the same way.
