THE MODERATOR: Just your initial thoughts at first on today's match, if you would.

PETRA KVITOVA: Yeah, the thoughts obviously not good. I lost pretty quickly, which didn't happen to me pretty often.

Yeah, that's how it was. I think that she played pretty solid game, and I made too many unforced errors. Yeah, I was prepared what I should play, but I probably risked too much.

THE MODERATOR: Questions in English.

Q. You started to come back a little bit in the second set but it was too late by that stage. Did you feel okay starting beforehand? Were you feeling good before the match?

PETRA KVITOVA: Yeah, I felt okay. Yeah. I was there, but I think that from the side it was pretty windy. I think when I was going for it, it was just, you know, a little bit out too much.

So it didn't help me for the first game obviously, and it was a little bit difficult, you know, be there and feel the pressure from her. She didn't even miss. She played pretty solid game.

I think she played very good game even afterwards. Yeah, I was coming back a little bit late, as you said (smiling). But, yeah, she's a great player. She likes to play on grass. She enjoys Centre Court as well. I knew it will be tough, but I believed I have the game to beat her, for sure. But wasn't today.

Q. It's been a good grass court season. You obviously had high expectations coming into the tournament? I know you don't like to build up the pressure too much, but you must have felt like you had a chance to go quite a long way?

PETRA KVITOVA: Well, not really, actually. You know, I was having a good grass season, but still, you know, fighting here in Wimby.

I didn't really put pressure on me, to be honest. Maybe in the previous matches but not really today. It was I felt like a 50/50 for today's match, and then it was pretty quickly the other side. Didn't feel it today.

But, I mean, anyway, it was a too-quick match. I've been just destroyed. That's how it is and that's how I take it.

Q. Can you give us an idea of what Ons is like to play against? Because she makes lots of different shots, lots of different angles. What's she like to face?

PETRA KVITOVA: Yeah, she does. She has a very good touch. So you never know where the slice is going, if it's a dropshot or it's pretty long one.

I know that my game put her a little bit under the pressure, but I missed so many balls today.

I think she even -- well, she's not big server, but I know she has good placement and it's always tough to return it where you want it.

Yeah, I think that she even pretty good moving, so it was difficult to put even the winner from her shots.

Q. Is that as well as she has played against you in the past?

PETRA KVITOVA: No, I think that she played the best today, for sure. I played her here in the first round couple years back. Of course she didn't play like today.

Yeah, so I think that she really had the best match against me today.

Q. I can't imagine many people have done a dropshot off the return of your serve.

PETRA KVITOVA: Exactly.

Q. Can't feel very good?

PETRA KVITOVA: It's embarrassing a little bit, but it's okay (smiling).

Q. Finally, what's next for you the next couple of months?

PETRA KVITOVA: Well, I'm entered in Montreal, Cincinnati, US Open, classic start, and then after US Open, I have no idea because the schedule, it's tough.

So I'm not sure about the traveling and what I gonna play there. It's China, Guadalajara, as well. Yeah, it will be interesting (smiling).
