Q. All right, Albane, the last one on the course today, going all 18 holes. Just how satisfying is it to walk away with a win today?

ALBANE VALENZUELA: Yeah, definitely very happy to walk away with a win. I mean, I knew this was going to be a very tough match. Lilia is undoubtedly one of the best players in the world and made me work for the points.

She definitely left some putts out there, and I did as well, so we kind of fought 'til the end, but just happy to come out with a win.

Q. What was kind of the mindset? You won yesterday. How much confidence did that give you going into today knowing that the game for match play is there?

ALBANE VALENZUELA: You know, match play is just tough. You go against your opponent. You never know what they're going to do. I just try to grind, stay patient, and give my best.

Lilia made a huge putt on 17, and that's what match play does to you. Whoever really you're coming across on the leaderboard it's just going to be a tough one, so I just try to stick to my game, enjoy it, and just having a good time with my caddie out there.

Q. Walk me through, if you don't mind, 18. I happened to be down there and I was a little confused myself. So walk me through that final hole. It wasn't easy for either of you.

ALBANE VALENZUELA: No, it definitely wasn't easy. So Lilia pushed it to the right, and then I also missed it in the rough just short of the bunker.

We both just had no looks to the green. I mean, she hit the tree and I just couldn't even think of hitting an 8-iron out of this rough. So just laid up and just trust my wedge game.

So, you know, tried to find a good yardage and hit it really close and she made some mistakes there, so walked away with a point.
