Q. Beautiful round of 6-under today. Eight birdies, just two bogeys. Describe to me the confidence with which you're playing after having won for the first time on the LPGA Tour.

LILIA VU: Yeah, I gained a lot of confidence from my win in Thailand. I feel like every single day my goal is just to have fun.

I said before, if I have fun, then probably playing pretty well.

Q. I think shooting 6-under is always fun. How about this golf course. You never played it before. You come here, seeing a new course the first time. How has it elevated your game?

LILIA VU: I think this course kind of fits my game. It's more open. I like the firm greens. They're really fun to play.

And I played with a super fun group.

Q. You did have a fun group. You've been zooming up the Rolex Rankings. Played on the Curtis Cup team, the World Amateur Team, and you have a chance to play on the International Crown and Solheim Cup. What would that mean to you to represent the USA in those two team events?

LILIA VU: It would mean a lot to me. I think just representing your country is the biggest honor there is, so super excited for that.
