Quick Quotes

Q. Here with Moriya Jutanugarn after her second round at you LPGA Drive On Championship. Take us through your round today? How was it different from yesterday and what were some of the highlights?

MORIYA JUTANUGARN: I guess I make some more putts today, and actually I don't feel as solid as yesterday. Like I hit a lot more like good drive yesterday, but, you know, like manage to like work around it.

Q. Can we talk through that eagle on No. 7. We watched that and we were like, yes! Tell us about it.

MORIYA JUTANUGARN: Well, it's actually a really good drive off the tee and then it's get on the cart path and I just have to drop from there.

And then it's not a very good shot on the second shot, but pretty lucky as the ball bounce up all the way like to the back the green and just make the putt.

It was fun. It was a little bit like good (indiscernible).

Q. Just welcomed off the golf course by Pia and Lynn, Pia Nilsson and Lynn Marriott, to have them out here this week, they're out with you quite a bit, but what did you all maybe talk about after yesterday to reinforce all those positives from yesterday?

MORIYA JUTANUGARN: Well, you know, it's just like pretty much the same thing that we been working around. Like I need to use more of like instinct and trying to feel shot and play -- able to like play golf out there.

And that's pretty much what we talk about after the round yesterday. And, you know, it's always very nice because we were in like Arizona and they able to come here and I got see them a lot more this week.

Q. I want to ask you about International Crown. That event is coming up. It's only March, but what would it mean to you to be able to represent Thailand in that capacity? The Thais don't always get to play match play, so how cool would that be for you?

MORIYA JUTANUGARN: You know, like since we turn pro and we don't able to like play the match play as much, it's one of the event that we very enjoy. I enjoy the team and it's just one of the week that you get to play as a team.

Actually looking forward for the International Crown.

Q. This is one of the first events back in the States, and as we get back into the swing of things, how important, how great would a good finish here, what would that mean to you?

MORIYA JUTANUGARN: Well, I'm sure it's like, you know, pretty early in the season still, and, you know, like to finish good like early in the season of course is good because you always like carry good things towards like end of the season.

And hopefully, you know, like I gained more confidence and felt good about my game.

Q. With two really good rounds under your belt, how do you hope to carry that into the weekend? What is it about this course that you're looking forward to this week?

MORIYA JUTANUGARN: Well, you know, like I feel better with something I've been working on, and just want to continue like, you know, like working on it and hopefully I felt better and better.

You know, like you never know the future. The next two days just trying to go out and have fun and do what I should do, what is under my control.

Q. How much fun is it to be playing in one of the top groups? Is it more fun playing in the final group of the day?

MORIYA JUTANUGARN: I think of course it's more fun when you feel like you're in contention, and especially like it's back to like another season.

Yeah, it's always fun.
