Q. What an incredible day. What worked well? I know you had a disappointing finish in the playoff, but what worked well today?

CARLOS ORTIZ: I think overall I did everything kind of decent, and I made a few good putts. The day was tough. I was trying to put it on the green and give myself some chances, and I think I did that pretty well, too.

Q. I saw your family was out here today. Give that you good feel vibes?

CARLOS ORTIZ: Yeah, it's always nice. At the end of the day, my girl doesn't care if I win or lose. She wants attention. I'm just going to get busy with her right now. Overall it was a great week. Obviously disappointed with this finish, but --

Q. Well, you won as a team, so congratulations. What does it feel like to win as a team here?

CARLOS ORTIZ: It's great. I think we've been pretty solid. We did well in Mayakoba, we finished terrible and we ended falling from the podium to sixth place, so it was nice revenge here.

Q. You also just won on the Mexicana Tour, right, so you're feeling in good shape for this season?

CARLOS ORTIZ: Yeah, I've been working hard, and I see finally it's paying off.
