Q. You've got the round of the day so far. You must be feeling good.

WILL GORDON: Yeah, I kind of was a little loose off the tee today, but I putted it really nice. I made some putts. I haven't really been making any the last three weeks. So cleaned some things up in my putting last night and it kind of worked today and was a lot more fun.

Q. Could you just give us like a quick recap of the round.

WILL GORDON: Yeah, I got off to an okay start. I kind of got really unlucky on 2 on the par-5.

Got right back on the horse with a birdie on 3.

Then bogeyed 4.

But I just kind of stayed in it. The putter felt a lot better, so I knew if I gave myself some opportunities I would kind of play better than I have been.

Q. Conditions seem to change during the round?

WILL GORDON: Yeah, it wasn't easy. Yesterday was a little bit easier off the tee and into the greens. So there was a lot -- the wind direction I think is harder, especially coming down the stretch there with the wind off the left on 17 and 18. That's not a whole lot of fun. So I was happy to play those two holes under par.
