Q. You were sent out first to get the momentum for Team Continental Europe and you've done just that.

ALEX NOREN: It was a battle on my behalf. Played some decent golf in the middle but just happy to get the up-and-down on the last. And Thomas, he hit some great shots in the end to get it and the whole front nine. He played great. He helped out the most it was great.

Q. Throw up through nine holes and battled all the way back to level with three to play. What are you thinking at that stage?

THOMAS PIETERS: You try not to give them momentum and then that's what Alex did, he made big putts on 11, 12, and they did get some momentum, and happy to close it out on the last.

Q. Two quality shots on the last into 18. How much pressure were you feeling with it all on the line on the last?

THOMAS PIETERS: If you haven't played competitive golf in a while, you do feel the juices.
