Quick Quotes

THE MODERATOR: Here with Lee6 coming off of her third round at the CME Group Tour Championship. Saw your round got off to a little bit of a rocky start, but you really turned it around. How did you pull that off, and what were some of the highlights of the round?

JEONGEUN LEE6: Yeah, it's not best front nine, but I made birdie on hole 8, so it was good momentum. Then I talked with caddie, we have to be patient. It's coming, so we finished strong, so I'm satisfied with my game today.

THE MODERATOR: Let's talk about that last hole. You made a really long putt from off the green. Can you take us through your action when you saw where the ball was lying and how you lined that up?

JEONGEUN LEE6: Last hole?

THE MODERATOR: Yeah, on 18 right there.

JEONGEUN LEE6: It was missed shot on the second shot, so I want to hit it right side, but I missed left. So it was tricky. It was left to right and a little bit downhill and left to right grain, so it need perfect speed and great read, but I made it, yeah.

THE MODERATOR: Last question from me. Playing with Leona and sort of seeing her hit that, did that help you play better because you're trying to keep up with her, or what was your reaction to that?

JEONGEUN LEE6: Oh, she played maybe perfect today, so every shot was good shot and putting was so good. So I was trying just following her. So, yeah, that's why I finished strong back nine.

Q. I was just curious how you would sum up the year in general that you've had?

JEONGEUN LEE6: It was not best. Only this year I missed cuts, and I struggled my swing, so I spend a lot of time with my coaches and trainer. So we are getting better right now, yeah.

Q. Where was that that you spent the time?

JEONGEUN LEE6: I'm fixing my back swing, my body turn. It's very not comfortable. Still I'm not comfortable, but very much better than before, yeah.

Q. Are your coaches in Korea or in the U.S.?

JEONGEUN LEE6: He is from Korea, but living in Canada.

Q. Then my last question. When you won the U.S. Women's Open, you said you were going to -- you vowed to learn English, and your English is really, really good. How have you been learning? What have you done?

JEONGEUN LEE6: I have English teacher in Korea. She's as well from Canada, so I had class once a week, so still -- my English is still short, but I'm trying my best.

Q. How long did you do that, the class?

JEONGEUN LEE6: Three years, yeah.
