Q. Ewen, not quite the same fireworks as yesterday. How happy though to get round here in level par?

EWEN FERGUSON: Yeah, good. Still playing nicely, but, yeah, few more bad breaks today and missed a couple of the putts that I've kind of been making yesterday to keep my round going.

Good putts, but just kind of lipping out, and yesterday they were kind of lipping in. You walk onto the next tee when they lip in, you feel amazing. When you walk on the next tee and they lip out you feel a bit flatter.

No, it was still a good day overall.

Q. How challenging is it to go from playing so well at Galgorm to a different test here at Massareene?

EWEN FERGUSON: It was fine. Just trying to play my best and see what I could do. Tried to shoot a good score again. I think level par is still a decent note.

Q. Obviously head back to Galgorm Castle in great spirits tomorrow. What are your expectation over the weekend?

EWEN FERGUSON: Just have fun and try and get myself in contention. I think that's why we all practice. Being in contention is great fun. See if you can perform under pressure is like really good feeling.
