SAM BURNS: A lot better than yesterday.

Q. Take us through the conditions, how they are, obviously it was really good out there?

SAM BURNS: Probably the most benign conditions we've had all week. A little softer with the rain and not as much wind. It's definitely more gettable.

Q. You're able to attack most holes?

SAM BURNS: I mean, depending on where you hit your tee shot, it's all kind of based on that.

Q. That was some sort of finish.

SAM BURNS: That was nice. Just hit the correct shots, was able to get them in there pretty close and make the putts.

Q. Do you expect 64 here, the best score this week, would you expect scores similar to that later on, do you think, because it will be as similar with the late start?

SAM BURNS: I don't know. It's Scotland. The wind and weather can do all kinds of stuff. It depends on the wind and kind of how it changes, if it does or not.

Q. But you got to show that it is possible to get at those pins and shoot low?

SAM BURNS: Yes.

Q. How do you assess your week overall?

SAM BURNS: I mean, yesterday was atrocious. Today was really good. First couple of days were okay. So overall just it was a bad round yesterday.

Q. Finish on a positive. Coming out those last four holes, how has that made you feel?

SAM BURNS: It's always nice to finish that way. Just unfortunate to shoot 64 in the final round and still finish 40th. So it is what it is.
