Quick Quotes

Q. Obviously the big picture, you guys didn't get it done, but you took down a player who's 4 & 0, trying to go for history today, probably one of their hottest players, and you took her down pretty handily.

EMILY PRICE: Yeah, Amari, one of the best players in the world, let alone in the United States. I knew coming into this it was going to be a tough match. I'd played her twice the last couple days with Rachel and didn't get the job done there, came out today, wanted to stick to my processes, and I did that and just played really, really well. I think I was a couple under par, which always helped.

Q. You had a rain delay today; how did that affect you guys? The last match there was a lot of sitting around.

EMILY PRICE: Yeah, there was. I think five hours. I was like, we would have been done by now.

But in that time we played some games in the team locker room, chilled out a little bit, didn't get too ahead of ourselves, and I think that helped me relax and pass some time and then warmed up like normal and had a good day out here.

Q. You guys brought back a lot of players -- you're one of the newcomers but you brought back a lot of players. What do you learn from a week like that that you can take going forward?

EMILY PRICE: First of all, this was one of the best weeks of my life on the golf course. I've known some of the girls on my team since I've been 10 years old, so that's always fun. What I've learnt is to just process matters, how you come into things, your head space, how you deal with certain situations, the process you have leading into that, that matters. So I think taking that away from this is something that's going to be very valuable.

Q. What's next for you?

EMILY PRICE: So I'm going home, going to have a couple of days off, and then I've got the European individual this summer. I'm going to Q-school in August.

Q. For LPGA or LET?

EMILY PRICE: LPGA.
