Q. You shot a 64 last year in the final round, another 64 today. At what point during the round were you saying, I'm right in there?

BROOKE HENDERSON: We got off to a hot start, birdied the first hole, so that's always a fun way to start. Just tried to make as many birdies as I could and climb up as much as I could, and hopefully get into a playoff here now and see what happens.

Q. Morgan Pressel mentioned in the broadcast that you switched your putting grip right before the U.S. Women's Open. Good finish there; tied 15th there. What does that left-hand-low grip allow you to do?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, people are always telling me to work on my putting, so just trying to slow progress and trying to get a little bit better and a little bit more consistent.

So always trying to figure out new things to try and figure out.

It's been working really well and I feel a lot more comfortable, so it's great working with my sister and my dad, and hopefully make a ton more putts in the future.

Q. Absolutely. You've got a few minutes here before the final few groups get in. What are you going to do?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Kind of take it easy, see how it goes. I did all I could do today and gave myself a ton of opportunities, made a bunch of putts, so hopefully I can get into a playoff or it's good enough to win. That would be awesome, too.
