DANIELLE KANG: I don't really know how to answer these questions right now. I'm not ready to play.

DANIELLE KANG: But I'm doing the best that I can so that I can keep playing.

DANIELLE KANG: I'm not worried about the game more so than figure out how -- I don't even know what to say. Hold on a second.

I don't know. It was more focused on the things that I need to do to get everything better.

Q. Is this maybe an opportunity to see how it reacts in competition?

DANIELLE KANG: Yeah. I'm testing it this week. It's not necessarily just the back. I think it's just going to take time.

Q. Yeah.

DANIELLE KANG: I didn't prepare the way -- I haven't practiced. I'll say like I've done everything I can off the golf course to get me back on the golf course.

Q. Uh-huh.

DANIELLE KANG: But there is so much more that goes into it, and I know that a shot like -- I don't even know, but it's just going to take time and I'm just trying to be patient.

Q. Uh-huh.

DANIELLE KANG: I know that health is really important, but I'm doing everything I can off the golf course to get out here, I guess.

Q. And maybe is it a good opportunity to use a place that you know well to maybe get out and get some of those reps in?

DANIELLE KANG: Yeah, it's match play, I mean, it's Shadow Creek, my home course. I feel like I come here -- this is where I practice, so there is no reason not to play I guess for me.

Then you never know. Yeah.

Q. Match play is weird. 7&6 not your way today becomes 7&6 your way tomorrow?

DANIELLE KANG: Yeah, you never know. But like I said, I'm just doing everything I can off the golf course to get me through the days and to get to where I want -- get back to where I was, and it's going to take some time.

It's going to take some patience and time for everybody. I just need to thank my team for getting me here. It's a little win that I have to take right now.
