Q. Your first round here; you made it look easy.

BUBBA WATSON: You know, it's crazy because we had all of this wind the practice rounds. Pro-am was a little less windy, and then today was a lot less windy, so today was nice because this is the first time we saw it without wind. The golf course is a little easier without the wind, so yeah, that made it a little better.

Q. It could get windy the next few days. That could play into your hand with the early morning round, as well, potentially?

BUBBA WATSON: Yeah, for sure, and that's what we were looking at, somehow get off to a hot start today and then hang on tomorrow, we could be close to the lead or top 10 going into the weekend.

Q. How cool is it to come and play a different event like this, good field, Asian Tour, just something a bit different? Does that make you a better player? Are there things you can take here the rest of the season when you come to a place like this and different surroundings?

BUBBA WATSON: Yeah, for sure, because you're trying to learn a place, you're trying to learn grass. Some wind feels heavier than others, so the ball reacts different, so yeah, you're taking that and learning to putt on different grass. This is a different kind of grass than the States on most golf courses. You're just trying to get better, so you have to get used to your surroundings. All these other guys are getting better and practising on these surroundings, so we've got to learn to play everywhere in the world. If you're going to be a golfer in the world, you've got to learn to play at many different places.
