Q. How are you feeling after the last four days?

MAUDE-AIMEE LeBLANC: Really good. Yeah, it's a great first event of the year. I think it's going to give me a lot of confidence for the rest of the year.

It just confirms that I need to keep doing what I'm doing.

Q. How cool was to be with Brooke as well as Brittany? I know you grew up playing together. Brooke mentioned she looked up to you as you've been friends with Brittany. What was that experience like today?

MAUDE-AIMEE LeBLANC: Yeah, it was fun. I think it was -- it might have been the first time I played with Brooke in a competitive round. Yeah, it was fun.

The crowd was there. Yeah, it's always -- she's a super nice girl, so it's nice to play with her.

Q. The crowd was definitely there. What was that like to see the build-out of people from the first tee all the way to 18?

MAUDE-AIMEE LeBLANC: Yeah, it was fun. We definitely didn't get that kind of crowd last year, so it's nice to have that this year.

Q. Coming back on to the LPGA tour, being in the mix for a really good result, you're primed for another top 10, how does that give you confidence as you focus on the remaining events of the season?

MAUDE-AIMEE LeBLANC: Yeah, like I said, just confirms that I need to keep doing what I'm doing and take it day by day, not put too much pressure on myself, and just get out of my own way.

Q. And what were some of the things that stood out to you about your game this week that you think really shined?

MAUDE-AIMEE LeBLANC: My ball striking was not great all week, so to shoot those scores with not having my, you know, best stuff out there, it's a good feeling for sure.

I know I can rely my putting now, which I was never able to do before, so that's another big advantage.

Q. I was going to say, we talked early this week about how much effort you put into putting as well. What did it mean to see the result and the fruits of your labor come into something like this week?

MAUDE-AIMEE LeBLANC: Uh-huh, yeah, feels good. It's been extremely consistent since last year, and, you know, like I said, even if I didn't put as much preparation into this week because I had COVID a few weeks ago, I was still able to get a lot out of it.
