Quick Quotes

Q. Round of 68 to move to 6-under par, really nice performance, how easy was it or difficult to dust off from yesterday?

ADAM SCOTT: Bit of a rebuild this morning to see what you came out with after yesterday. It was rough. But it was amazing that we got done. Credit to the course that it was playable in those conditions. So that was good.

And I was swinging okay on the range this morning but surprisingly there was still a pretty solid breeze blowing and obviously it's affecting scoring a little today. No one is going low.

Q. Middle of last year after The Open, you said you felt like you hit rock bottom and you were disappointed with where you were. You've clearly turned that around with some nice results already, and tomorrow you have a chance to worn again on the DP World Tour. What do you put the shift down to?

ADAM SCOTT: To be honest there was a little bit of equipment in the fiddling in the middle last years, and a couple of good things happening, certainly compounds and the game feels easier again, so that's nice.

Tomorrow I think I'll probably be a long way back, so I've got to go for it. But it's the kind of course that you can get on a run and a couple good shots into these 5-pars could lead to eagles, so you're never out of it.
